This piece has two shells joined together onto a pewter stalk.

IMAGE 1: The whole shell closed, 5 x 5cm is attached to a half shell with two removable nuts and lid 7 x 7cm. Both shells are attached to a pewter stalk which is hand painted. The shells are life size and cast in clay then glazed and hand painted.
